ACUPUNCTURE & chinese medicine

  • 55mins - $130

    This is the initial session where we talk about everything. Your health history up to this point, your goals and expectations around treatment, what you’ve already tried, what medications and supplements you’re taking. You also receive an acupuncture treatment and perhaps a Chinese herbal recommendation if you’re wanting herbs as well (highly recommended).

  • 45mins - $100

    A much simpler session as we’ve done the heavy lifting in the initial. We do a check in eg how are your current symptoms, what’s changed, what hasn’t and then provide another acupuncture session. Herbs and supplements may be tweaked if required.

nutritional medicine

  • 40min - $130

    This is the initial session where we talk about everything. Your health history up to this point, your goals and expectations around treatment, what you’ve already tried, what medications and supplements you’re taking. Copies of any recent blood tests can also be helpful.

    You’ll receive an email approx 3 days after your appointment with you nutritional guidelines, any supplement prescriptions plus a 1 week meal plan to help guide you. This can either be provided in a structured weekly plan (breakfast, lunch dinners and snacks) or just as recipes to use as you like.

  • 25min - $95

    Again, very similar to initial consult but the conversation is much shorter. We check in to see how you’re progressing, what additional support you might need and provide another 1 week meal plan if required.

Combined Acupuncture & Nutritional Medicine

  • 1.5hours - $240

    Combining the best of both worlds. Includes both the initial acupuncture and nutritional medicine consultation in one session.

  • 1hour 15min - $150

    Again, combines the acupuncture and nutritional medicine follow up styles.

    You know what you want and just need a little help to get there. This is designed for people who know they need a bit of guidance over a longer period of time. This package includes:

    • 6 x daily meal plans, new plans emailed each fortnight

    • 3 x Shopping lists, emailed each fortnight

    • 3 x Email or phone check ins

    • Macro balanced to your needs/dietary requirements

    • You can choose from a variety of plan options: eg: skin health, follicular phase/luteal phase support, weight gain/loss, high protein, high fibre, menopause support

  • Recipe Collections

    Investment: $65 per personalised collection

    Sometimes people need variety and inspiration. That’s where this program comes in. You can choose from the following collections: Breakfast/Lunch (6 x recipes) Lunch/Dinner (6 x lunches) / Dinner/Breakfast (6 x recipes) / Snacks (6 x recipes).

    All of these collections will be tailored to your specific macros/goals/dietary requirements, and you’re still able to choose different recipe options:
